A complete, beautifully rendered graphic story featuring the most popular member, Princess Adastra, of the Young Gods, from BWS' ground-breaking Storyteller series.
Hardcover 1999 1st Edition. A classic from one of the great comic book artists. Originally planned as part of the X-Men series. Review from Google Books states - "Adastra in Africa spotlights a young, exiled goddess traveling to an African village and striving to bring salvation to the famine-stricken area. It's a compelling tale of an outsider attempting to use her own non-traditional methods to help a defiantly proud people regain its vitality, without compromising the tribe's heritage and values. This stand-alone graphic novel features some of the most beautifully intricate and graceful drawing of Windsor-Smith's legendary career."
Allegedly, Originally done as "Lifedeath 3" for the Uncanny X-Men series but never bought by Marvel, BWS changed Storm's name to one of his characters in "Young Gods" and published this story himself.

Packaging, delivery and book all great. Fab service too.
I recently ordered two books from Out of Print Graphic Novels; both arrived within just a few days and in excellent condition. I also appreciated that a message was inscribed on the package asking that it not be bent or crumpled during transit.
Ordering this was an absolute pleasure. Came swiftly in the post, professionally packed with protective sleeve, board and wrapping. The book was in pristine condition and is now a treasure.
