The Emperor's death has left a void that the ruthless Admiral Thrawn intends to fill, and with the help of Jedi Master C'Baoth, he has seized control of the mighty Katana fleet and cloning technology. But C'Baoth has an agenda of his own, one that involves Luke Skywalker, the Emperor's former assassin Mara Jade, and the unborn children of Leia Organa Solo.
